• Ignoring unsubscribe or opt-out requests

b) Harmful or Illegal Content

• Distributing viruses, malware, or phishing scams

• Promoting hate speech, violence, or harassment

• Sharing defamatory, libelous, or obscene content

• Violating intellectual property rights

c) Fraudulent Behavior

• Impersonating any person or organization

• Misleading recipients with fake sender details

• Creating multiple accounts to bypass limits

d) System Abuse

• Overloading infrastructure with excessive requests

• Using bots, scripts, or automation to abuse the platform

• Attempting to reverse engineer, hack, or exploit the platform

3. Fair Usage Limits

To ensure stability for all users, XsendPro may enforce:

• Email sending limits based on your plan

• Rate limits on API or SMTP usage

• Restrictions on excessive use of shared resources

We reserve the right to rate-limit, pause, or charge extra fees for usage that exceeds fair limits.

4. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• The legality of your email campaigns

• The safety and accuracy of your contact lists

• Your team’s actions if using multi-user access

5. Platform Monitoring

XsendPro reserves the right to:

• Log account and campaign activity

6. Enforcement & Penalties

If you violate this policy:
