Spam refers to unsolicited, bulk, or indiscriminate messages, typically sent for commercial purposes, without the recipient’s consent.
Examples include:
Emails sent to purchased or scraped contact lists
Messages without a clear unsubscribe option
Promotional content sent to people who never opted in
As an XsendPro user, you must:
Send emails only to recipients who have explicitly opted in
Use legally obtained email lists
Include a valid sender email and business name
Include a visible unsubscribe link in every campaign
Honor unsubscribe requests within 24 hours
You may not:
Use third-party or purchased mailing lists
Send phishing, misleading, or false information
Send to recipients who have previously unsubscribed
Mislead recipients with deceptive subject lines or headers
Send adult, offensive, or harmful content
We actively monitor accounts for spam-related activities.
If your account is flagged:
Your account may be suspended or terminated without warning
We may request proof of opt-in consent for your mailing list
Legal action may be taken if laws are violated
All XsendPro users must comply with:
CAN-SPAM Act (USA)
GDPR (EU)
India’s IT Act and Rules
Other applicable international and local anti-spam laws
If you receive spam from any user of XsendPro, please report it immediately to:
