  • No payment is required, and no billing details are collected for the free plan.


2. Paid Plans
  • Paid subscriptions are available on monthly and annual billing cycles.

  • You will be charged automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle.

  • All prices are listed in INR (₹) unless otherwise specified and are exclusive of applicable taxes.


3. Refund Policy

We offer a 3-day refund window for first-time purchases.

✅ Eligible for Refund:
  • Your first payment on any paid plan (monthly or annual)

  • The request must be made within 3 days of purchase

  • You must not have exceeded 10% of your email quota during this time

❌ Not Eligible:
  • Renewals and recurring charges

  • Accounts that violate our Terms of Use

  • Abuse of trial/refund systems

  • Refund requests beyond the 3-day period

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

  • Cancellation stops future billing.

  • Your current plan will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

  • After cancellation, your account will revert to the free plan.

We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time after the refund window.


5.Shipping & Returns

XsendPro is a digital service. We do not sell or ship any physical products.

  • No shipping is involved with any of our plans.

  • Returns are not applicable, as nothing physical is delivered.

  • All services are delivered digitally via your account on the XsendPro platform.

6. Plan Downgrades & Upgrades
  • You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.

  • Upgrades take effect immediately, and you’ll be charged a prorated amount.

  • Downgrades take effect from the next billing cycle.


7. Failed Payments

If a payment fails:

  • Your account will be notified and retried within 2 days.

  • If payment continues to fail, your account may be suspended until resolved.
